The recent threat to our campuses has been successfully addressed. Our dedicated security team in collaboration with local law enforcement, acted swiftly to insure the safety and well being of students, faculty, and staff. We are pleased to report the situation has been resolved without incident, and normal business activity will resume other than the cancellation of today's pep rally.
The campuses are in a "Secure" Hold. Law enforcement presence is elevated on the campuses. Police investigation continues, and our students are safe as we cooperate fully with all agencies. We will update our Bulldog families as we receive new information.
Three Rivers ISD has a possible transient threat that is currently being investigated by the Three Rivers Police Department and DPS Criminal Investigations Division. We are taking all necessary precautions in an effort to keep our students safe. We will have extra law enforcement on campus from Three Rivers PD, LOC Sheriff's Department, and DPS. Today's pep rally is cancelled. We will keep you posted through out the day as we learn more information.
We have a TASBO Regional Officer in our ranks! Captured mid-ceremony at the September 24th Coastal Bend TASBO meeting, Angelia Anderson was sworn in as Secretary/ Treasurer for a two-year term. She is looking forward to servicing Region 2. Mrs. Anderson is the Three Rivers ISD Director of Finance. Congratulations to Angelia for taking on this new leadership role!

Congratulations to Seaman Braune, HM! She completed her basic training in the U.S. Navy and had her graduation today! Brooke completed an Associate's Degree while in high school and is geared up towards her next assignment! We are proud of Brooke and wish her continued success!
There will be another opportunity to learn about the proposed school bond in October on this date. We are also planning an early morning "Coffee" session and a mid-afternoon session.
